Repair Cafés are free meeting places for members of the Redfern and neighbouring communities. They promote learning the art of repair in a collaborative setting, repairing and restoring items, and rejecting the throw-away society and fostering a culture of creativity, repair and reuse.

Bring your damaged furniture, bicycle or electrical appliance to the Repair Cafe at the Green Square Community Centre where you will learn:
• how to repair items and extend their usable life.
• re-learn the art of repair
• be taking part in a rewarding community event
