Experience design workshop - Progress 2013

“Wildwon’s upfront project planning & design workshops were well structured, fast-paced and enjoyable. They provided important additional clarity of purpose, helped us understand and design the event around the needs of diverse participants, and helped expose numerous program & logistical issues that needed to be resolved. This was invaluable.”

The City of Sydney's 'Green Up Your Life' workshop series

Thank you so much for such a huge injection of inspiration!

Your presentations were so valuable! I’ve been flooded with new ideas since the workshop on Monday night. The reassurance with the challenges around changing workplace behaviours actually re-instilled the fact we have so many exciting opportunities in this space.

My inspiration included the office programs LJ Hooker have implemented that have successfully engaged staff. Providing incentives and easy wins was a valuable comment made by Melissa. ‘Giving’ to staff highlighted a critical aspect of the journey too. The designs and innovations from Digital Eskimo provided another critical aspect which is looking at what you have already put in place and taking it that step further, i.e. bike racks for staff, but then giving them tools provides even more incentive and as well as promoting safety. Sarhans’s comment about expectations and ego were also another piece to the puzzle.

The best part was relabeling the term sustainability as efficiency, it’s the gold new term in my eyes!

Thank you and I look forward to your next event!”
